          As with any job, in the transportation too, it is necessary to create priorities in order of importance. So, upon completion of the driving course, each driver passes through personal training with us, by starting to work with a more experienced colleague, who helps creating the necessary habits and skills to facilitate the work. Thus, based on the tangent principle, the more experienced driver trains the next one how to distribute correctly his driving time by foreseeing the usage of the route he is driving on, and equally, the acquiring of experience of working in synchronization with the dispatcher. The timely submission of information, whether the loading of the truck at the point of loading has already started or the client is late. When the truck is unloaded, the driver has to inform us always about it, so the follow-up action can be organized. Another important thing about the driver’s skills is working with a navigation and a map, achieving the ability to navigate in space, the direction of the destination and the selecting of the right route. The overall modelling of the skills of our drivers is aimed to enhancing the capacity of efficiency of their overall work in service of our partners, reaching a steady rhythm through correct actions, which are the basis for the development of predictable and successful transport.
